fr55 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

01Eligibility and Age Verification

The fr55 platform is available exclusively to adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, not on behalf of any business or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, director, or immediate family member of an employee of fr55 or any of its affiliated software or payment providers.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only, and you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk.

02Account Registration and Management

To use the fr55 platform, you must register a single account using accurate and truthful personal information. The following rules apply to all fr55 accounts:

• Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) fr55 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be treated as duplicate accounts and may be closed without notice.
• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number during registration. fr55 may request supporting documents to verify this information at any time under its KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. fr55 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials confidential.

03Deposits and Payment Methods

fr55 accepts deposits exclusively via the following Bangladesh mobile money services. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern all deposit transactions:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. fr55 does not accept international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency at this time.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to change and will be displayed in the Deposit section of your fr55 account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile money account that is registered in your own name. fr55 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from an account not registered in the player's name may be reversed.
• fr55 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposit amounts. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their own terms.

04Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available account balances subject to the following conditions. fr55 processes withdrawal requests promptly, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification or wagering requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms at the time of offer.
• fr55 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to pass verification may result in a withdrawal being held pending further documentation.
• fr55 will not be held liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by the player's mobile money provider, network outages, or force majeure events.

05Bonuses and Promotions

fr55 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific bonus conditions stated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified Bangladesh players only. Bonuses may not be claimed by players using VPN services or accessing fr55 from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a rollover (wagering requirement) of 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• fr55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter the terms of any ongoing promotion, or void bonus funds where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, such as opening multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.

06Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fr55 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

• Registering more than one fr55 account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or the identity of another person.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, circumvent game mechanics, or exploit the fr55 platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or table games, coordinating bets in sports betting, or sharing account access to pool wagering capacity.

07Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

fr55 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their fr55 account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 365 days. 08Intellectual Property

All content on the fr55 platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of fr55 or its licensed third-party providers. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the fr55 platform without the prior written consent of fr55.
• The fr55 name and logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial context is strictly prohibited.
• Game software and random number generation systems used on the fr55 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios. fr55 does not own or control the underlying RNG technology but ensures that all providers used are certified for fair play.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fr55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gameplay, sports betting outcomes, or any game result on the fr55 platform.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors that prevent access to the fr55 platform or cause any game session to be terminated prematurely.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials, including failing to log out from a shared device.

10Amendments and Governing Terms

fr55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be published on fr55.ws and will take effect from the date of publication. It is the responsibility of each player to review these T&C periodically. Continued use of the fr55 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
